I liked the thorough explanation that came with the excel sheet, along with the food list and macro breakdown. The only negative is that there isn’t an explanation on how or when to change the plan, although you can reinput your lower body weight and the plan will change for you that way.
In 20 days of following the plan to perfection(which is made really easy) I’ve lost 16.4 pounds. Super easy to follow. BIG fan
Advertised as a book but just a few pages. Was hoping for loads more info explaining things.
Currently in a bulk but wanted to pick this up for when that's over. Program is simple and straightforward, not to many questions after looking it over. Its really nice to have the Diet already figured out, taking the thinking and overanalyzing i can get stuck in out of the equation. I'm excited to see how this goes when i start.
I really enjoy the structure and the ease of starting. But there are typos that I would like to see fixed there minor in nature but easily fixed. One is the start here section the training needs to be moved to match the training meals. And I would like to see Bell peppers added to the macro list. Other than that if you're looking to have a plug and play experience but this it's working well for me and I have no remorse for buying it.
