I use this every night. It is a great sleep aid. Unlike just magnesium, or melatonin, you get an extremely deep sleep and wake up before your alarm clock goes off feeling great.

I’m GI sensitive to most supplements and this intra was very agreeable. Perfect blend of simple carbs and Aminos. Bonus- got a great pump on this product as well. Regarding the taste, I would not typically order orange pineapple but it tasted great with no ‘artificial sweetener’ after-taste that many other products have. 5 out of 5 stars— I highly recommend this one.
