I started lifting weights in the late 80’s/early 90’s during which I was told that I, too, could look like Haney, Gaspari, Labrada, etc., if I used the expensive, but ultimately useless, supplements being peddled.
Needless to say, I approach supplements with a healthy degree of skepticism.
Troponin is the real deal. There are only a few bodybuilding experts who I trust implicitly — Skip Hill, Dante Trudel, John Meadows (RIP), and yes, Justin Harris.
Justin is a thinking man’s bodybuilder, and he has the kind of integrity that will not allow him to prepare and promote a product that does not (i) perform as intended, and (ii) meet his high standards.
ATP is a great product. It heightens focus and provides a much needed boost for early morning workouts. I like to take a double dose on leg days, which I continue to hate but find to be more productive with the recent inclusion of ATP.
I have a new training staple. Here’s to better workouts and continued progress.
