Switched to suppressor max from generic berberine and I am having great results. I used it during my contest preparation and I felt the blood sugar stability helped me a lot. I used it everyday and I did actually increase dosage during my high carb refeed days.
The sodium caprate really levels this product up vs other berberine products.
