Directions

Take 1 scoop with 8-12 fl oz of water. New users may wish to assess tolerance with a 1/2 scoop the first few times. 

Important Tips

• Do Not Dry Scoop - Dry scooping pre-workout while an increasing trend is not helpful with the ingredients in this product. The ingredients in this product require water in order to properly activate and be EFFECTIVE.
• The niacin in this product may produce a slight flush (redness on the skin). The flush happens when the niacin causes the small blood vessels in your skin to dilate so more blood can rush through. This blood flow is useful during a workout for a pump while training your muscles.
