This has quickly become my favorite intra workout. I have definitely noticed an increase in the number of effective reps/sets I can complete as I near the end of my workouts.
I don’t usually take products like but decided to try it. What a nice steady, non jittery source of oomph that gets me through the day when calories are lower than I wish. I feel cognitively ready and complete way more tasks comparatively.
